::::: DOUBLE JERSEY MACHINES - JLD SERIES
 JLD 2x2, JLD 2x4, JLD 3x4 Basic Rib cum 8 Lock Machines - With the availability of a multi conversion system on JIUNN LONG's Universal Machine, Knitters are able to produce more than 300 structures as well as rib and interlock fabrics. To enable these structures to be produced, the machines are available with upto 3 track of Dial Cams and upto 4 Tracks of Cylinder Cams. The changing of the cylinder and dials on the machines is a quick and simple operation making the machines even flexible and versatile to meet market demands. The central tolerance between cylinder and dial is controlled to within +/-0.01mm and the Cylinder and the Dial Driving Gears are permanently immersed into an oil bath to extend the reliability of the machine and enable high R.P.M. with Reduced Noise

JLD-T
This is a new range of 8 Lock machines, specially suitable for use of Polyester and other synthetic yarns. Available in 26” ~ 38”, 12gg ~ 32gg, 52F ~ 94F.
 







JLD-H
High Speed Plain Interlock machines capable of running at  more than 40 ~ 45 RPM for flawless fabric quality and high  production. Available in 30” ~ 36”, 12gg ~ 32gg, 72F ~  84F.




 

JLD-MJ
Mini Jacquard machine with Knit, Miss & Tuck possibility on each feeder by 37 step mechanical needle selection. Available in 30” 72F, 34” 72F & 36” 84F. 12gg ~ 28gg. Similar to JLD basic machines, but with immense designing possibility.


JLD-A1
Plain Interlock in 3 Feeder per inch, makes high quality of fabrics & creation of feeder stripes. Available in 30” ~ 40”, 12gg ~ 32gg, 90F ~ 120F.

JLD-E 3p
Fully Computerized 3 way Jacquard. Can be converted to make Terry Like Jacquard and Rib Jacquard fabrics. Very High Quality and versatile at the same time. Available in 30” 12gg ~ 28gg, 48F.
 

JLD-C
These machines are similar to JLD machines, but with open Width enabling to knit flawless Lycra fabrics without any crease marks. Available in 26” ~ 38”, 12gg ~ 32gg, 52F ~ 76F.
